What we collect
If you join our launch list or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your email address and any details you include in a message. We also collect anonymous, first-party interaction events such as whether a calculator was completed, printed, or shared, and whether someone clicked an official source or appraisal-information link. These events include the page and a coarse result category, not the values entered into a tool.
How we use it
- To notify you when future appraisal services become available after licensing, if you asked us to.
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To improve our website and content.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing unrelated to what you signed up for. Names, VINs, odometer readings, prices, and other details entered into the vehicle transaction worksheet stay in your browser and are not submitted to us.
